Went to watch "Rocky Balboa" today…. it was an awesome show… The ending was rather predictable but cool…Well, Rocky "The Italian Stallion" Balboa lost the match (expected) but he had one hell of a fight… What grabs my attention most was the quote he used…

What does "true friend" really means…? One who stand by you thru thick and thin..? One who will not run away from you when you are in deep shit..?

Definition of "True Friend"

It’s human nature to dodge whenever problems come right in your face, lest it is your friend who is facing the problem…

Only one with a "big heart" will be there for you when you encounter this sort of situation…!!

And there’s only one person i think who meets those requirement, perhaps even surpass what is required…

And that person is  GOD

2006 had been a rather emotional yr for me, many ups and downs (more "downs" than "ups" though)…

2006..!! Yr of my ORD date..!! meaning 2 yrs of national service life is over, my very own "freedom" is finally back in my own hands..!! Muahaha..!! But ORD to me, ain’t a gd thing either… no more spoon-feeding from the govt… the most important thing is no more jokes n laughter every morning with my ship crews… It’s like missing something from my daily life… Afterall, i’ve been posted to the ship for 1 yr plus… Bonds have already been build…!! Missed Elton n Ninja calling me "CB Leong", "suan-ing" of each other, my analysis cum advisor Mr Elton Teo, my Man U and anti-Chelsea supporter Ninja, ahem… Chelsea supporter Mr Phua (Wake up lah..!! This yr is Man U turn to regain wat they have lost..!! The EPL title..!! Chelsea will falter..!! HAHAHA..!!) Anto’s telling me to do this do that (afterall i’m the smallest in the OEW dept.. Wat to do..?!) Talking about Anto, dunno it’s me r him the lucky one… Known him from the every first day of my enlistment… Same BMT, separated for a while in JRC, reunited in JTQT, posted on the same ship in OJT and finally posted on the very same ship till we ORD… How "coincidental" can this be..?! Always kena "tio jia" by him..!! haha..!! But his no too bad oso la…at least willing to be my listening ear when i’m down…!! Same goes to Ah Bong…!! Last but not least, my wonderful OEW dept..!! esp. having a hilarious L…!! nv fail to break a smile off ppl face..!! Nv regretted being posted to Formidable… There are rough times, hectic sailing schedule but everyone is always there when u need one another, thats what makes Formidable so special…!! Now that i’ve ORD-ed, this wonderful memories/experience will always be kept deep down in me..!!

When to Safra to watch the game between Germany and Portugal…. The German’s won the game 3:1, clinching the 3rd placing…!!

Bastian Schweinsteiger was explendid in yesterday’s game, scoring twice and setting up an own goal by Petit…!!

Was so bored at home today, so decided to pack my stuffs…. Cant believe i kept so much junks over this few years… lolx… Get rid of lotsa stuffs… Flipping thru all those stuffs, managed to refresh some memories…. Perhaps its time to move on n forget the past…!!!

Germany VS Italia….

Italy is going to win Germany n eventually Winning the WC… Re-act of the 1982 WC…!!

Hoohoo…!! The defending champion are out of the WC…!! A new champion will be crown… Hu will it be..?? Germany, Italy, France or Portugal..?? i reckon Germany will win it… Wif the home ground advantage and their magnificent run of form lately, dun c y cant they win it..!!!

For the past few matches, i’ve been going down to Mac to watch it (even though i did subscribe the WC channel… Lolx..) Think it’s becoz of the atmosphere ba… The screaming, the shouting, the cursing…. It does give u a feeling that u’re not alone, supporting the team u like… Lolx…. Since the start of the WC, Mac business must be very gd….. Always Full house…!! Sometimes cant even manage 2 find a place to "stand"… (i mean stand)… That’s how pack it was…. No choice but to go back home to watch…. This yr WC sure cause lotsa ppl to have sleepless nite… Stupid time slot… 3am still gt game… (Too bad it’s held in Europe this yr) No choice, gotta skip most of the 3am games…. Luckily WC only left wif just 3 more games…. Just nd 2 endure for 3 more games equivalent to one more wk… Eagerly anticipating for the new winner to emerge…!!! Supporting Italia to win it…!!

Things are hotting up in the world cup…!!! There are some upsets and unexpected result leading ti the 2nd rd… Equador, Ghana and the Socceroos advancing into the 2nd rd, Czech being knock out in favour of Ghana (Haiz… There goes my poor Nedved in his last world cup), Argentina thrashing Serbia and Montenegro 6-0 (ps: Serbia only conceded 1 gl in the qualifying group), Trindad and Tobago held on to a goalless draw against Sweden… As expected, favorites such as Brazil, Argentina, Germany etc advance into the 2nd rd… Today’s games Germany VS Sweden: can the likes of Ballack, Klose (current top scorer with 4 gls in 3 games), Podolski break the Swedish defence lead by Capt Olof Mellberg, or can Henrik Larsson, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Fredrik Ljungberg pull out an upset sending the host nation to the exit..??!! Argentina VS Mexico: Can the Argentine continue their gd start of the world cup with the help of magician Riquelme and wonder kid Leo Messi (tip as the next Maradona) by knocking out the defiant Mexican…??
